Tenants Victoria founded the Make Renting Fair Campaign to make renting fair for everyone and to prevent it becoming an option of last resort for those with no other choices.
The Residential Tenancies Amendment Bill 2018 was passed by Victoria’s Parliament in early September 2018. This marks the first significant change to the state’s tenancy laws in twenty years.
