    The Tenants Victoria Outreach Program has been in operation for 10 years, providing a vital pathway to tenancy advice and advocacy services for some of the state’s most vulnerable tenants residing in rooming houses and caravan parks. Services provided by Outreach play a vital role in supporting residents through difficult circumstances and situations.  These residents are very likely to suffer from housing stress due to low or unstable income, complex physical and mental health needs
